Reflection Breakfast on AI
Artificial intelligence is increasingly making its way into professional practices – often as a time-saver or a shortcut, but rarely as a topic for collective reflection.
On Friday 6 March, we are hosting a reflection breakfast on AI, designed for managers and HR professionals.
The objective is not to provide ready-made answers or to train participants on tools, but to take a step back together and explore questions related to human judgement, responsibility and collective intelligence.
The session will be interactive, combining short inputs, practical scenarios and peer-to-peer exchanges.
Insights and reference points will emerge through the group’s collective intelligence, facilitated by an OtherWise9 consultant.
This session is also intended as a first exploration for those who may later wish to go deeper into the topic with their teams.
📍 Rue De-Candolle 9, 1205 Geneva
🗓️ Friday 6 March, 8:00 – 10:00 am
Participation is free of charge, subject to prior registration and limited availability.
Please note that the session will be conducted in French.

Le Temps, Careers & Training – 16 January 2026
Mental health at work: what responsibilities do organisations have?
Invited to the set of 3D Éco, Léman Bleu’s business magazine, Sylvie Casabianca, Doctor of Pharmacy, coach, and Senior Consultant at OtherWise9, spoke on the topic of mental health at work.

Work overload or underload, conflict, stress and harassment: these situations are still too often addressed too late, despite being essential to creating healthy work environments and resilient teams.
OtherWise9 is among the organisations recognised and recommended by the OCIRT as person of trust for the support and prevention of psychosocial risks.
