Upon graduation from a Master’s degree in International Law at the University of Paris X in 2004 and a Master’s degree at Rouen Business School, Alexis began his career in a headhunting company based in Paris where he was in charge of banking and financial recruitments.
In 2008, he joined Merrill Lynch in Geneva as EMEA Recruiter and then worked for HSBC Private Bank.
He co-founded a recruitment company in Geneva, and after 5 years spent developing and leading its activities, he was eager to develop his skills in Human Resources and coaching.
He decided to pursue a coaching training and graduated from the International Coaching Institute. Alexis is now specialized in career transition, coaching and managers’ support.
Enthusiastic, resourceful and driven by the knowledge of the human and its potential, Alexis have been directing the activities of OtherWise9 since January 2018. In addition to his role as director, he guides managers and all those in transition. He also manages trainings and workshops for companies.
Hélène Mancheron
Hélène is holder of a Master’s degree in marketing, obtained in 1990 from a French Business School. She then began to work at Philips and during her 19 year-long career within this European multinational, she developed in-depth skills in sales, strategic and operational marketing, sustainable development and training as well as in coaching international teams.
Thereafter in 2010, Hélène joined the BoP Innovation Center, a Foundation designed to encourage the creation of sustainable businesses in developing countries, where she continued to provide training courses and coaching.
She acquired a solid knowledge of the public and private sectors in multi-partner projects.
In order to improve her knowledge of human development, she obtained MBTI, Insights and Agility certificates. Besides she became a certified coach at the International Coach Federation (ICF).
She accompanies those, individuals or teams, who intent to develop their intrinsic skills and motivation in order to achieve their goals.
Hélène joined OtherWise9 as a senior consultant in 2014 to motivate and accompany those who wish to develop their intrinsic skills and motivation in order to achieve their goals.
In order to support companies in building performing teams she developed new skills in Psycho social risks prevention and mediation. She obtained a CAS in mediation and got accreditation as a mediator by the Swiss Federation of Mediation.
Stéphane Desprez
Originally issued from “Jean Ferrandi hotel school” in Paris, Stéphane begins his career in high standing traditional hotels and restaurants, in France, in Switzerland and on luxury cruiseline for about 12 years.
In 1997, wishing to develop new competencies, he will switch to Human Resources by actively participating to the opening of the “Hotel & Event” branch at Adecco in Geneva. A few years later, he was given the responsibility for “Medical & Science” branch.
With this first experience in Human Resources, acquired mainly upon field level experience and through continuous training, Stéphane will apply his learnings at “Hotel d’Angleterre” 5 * of Geneva up from 2002. His role as HR Manager will consist in repositioning staff needs while contributing to cultural change. He also commits in vocational education for the Hotel / Catering Learning Commission in Geneva.
In 2005, he was successively Human Resources consultant at Compass Group, and then HR Manager at McDonald’s Switzerland where he has been quickly entrusted to important responsibilities and projects within the Human Resources and the payroll department, for the 160 active restaurants in Switzerland.
Passionate by innovation and development of others, and as a creative field-experience person, these 20 years as HR Business Partner have given Stéphane skills in several aspects such as recruitment and job placement, training, development and team management, deployment of processes and computer systems for HR data management. Stéphane speaks mainly in French and English, and is also able to talk in German and Italian.
Having in scope to continue developing and completing his skills and knowledge, Stéphane joined OtherWise9 in order to support and strengthen the team. He validated his existing skills through IDC coaching training, during the summer 2017, followed by the certification in early 2018.
Amandine Panhard
After graduating from Sciences Po Paris in 2004, Amandine started her professional career in institutional communication in Paris, then London and finally Geneva in 2008 where she joined the City’s teams to work on the promotion of equality and diversity. She then developed her experience in Human Resources by obtaining a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Paris II Assas.
In 2013, she joined Webedia’s consulting teams to develop and animate employee communities and to support the digital transformation of the Human Resources departments of major groups in France. In 2015, she joined LinkedIn to advise CAC 40 companies in their strategies on this platform. In 2018, she became head of partnerships and developed initiatives with public institutions to promote employment in France.
Back in Geneva, she uses her experience to help her clients develop the engagement of their employees.
She became an ICI certified coach in 2020 and supports leaders in managing change, transforming their teams and developing new skills.
True to the principles of the “growth mindset”, Amandine loves challenges and sees opportunities for growth in every situation.
At Otherwise9, Amandine provides organisations, teams and individuals with her expertise in group coaching, leadership and communication consulting and human resources training.
Iola André
With a master’s degree in digital marketing, Iola has gained experience in a variety of companies in different fields such as retail, sports, banking and IT.
To satisfy her thirst for adventure, Iola has expatriated several times and discovered different horizons such as Brazil, Tahiti or Luxembourg before settling in Switzerland. Curious and sensitive to nature and to the people around her, Iola strives to understand her environment in order to bring an adapted added value to it.
Iola joined Otherwise9 at the beginning of 2022 in order to optimize the customer relationship and to develop the communication. Passionate about people, she enthusiastically accompanies us on our various projects through her eyes as a digital marketing specialist.
Sylvie Casabianca
Sylvie holds a PhD in Pharmacy and a Master’s degree in Management. She began her career in managerial roles within small and medium-sized pharmaceutical companies in Monaco, later relocating to Switzerland in 2007, where she continued to lead teams in the Geneva and Basel regions.
Driven by a deep interest in human development, Sylvie completed a professional coaching program at the International Coaching Institute (ICI) in Geneva in 2019, reinforcing her leadership and interpersonal skills. Her passion for supporting individuals through career and personal transitions led her to join Otherwise9 in 2022, where she now offers her expertise to employees, managers, companies, and institutions, focusing on career development, change management, and organizational agility.
Since 2020, Sylvie has been a certified health and well-being coach, with additional training in stress management, emotion regulation, and mental health first aid. She brings a holistic approach to her work, supporting individuals and organizations in addressing psycho-social risks, promoting well-being at work, and providing burnout prevention and post-burnout recovery programs.

For over 20 years, Marion Aufseesser has specialized in the domain of career transition and stress crisis management.
Based on her training in neuro-cognitive and behavioural psychology and thanks to her extensive practical experience, Marion shares her knowledge and expertise with her clients in order to enable them to regain their independence, resourcefulness and serenity.
Marion’s aim is to empower and instil her candidates with a positive and dynamic attitude. Therefore, she coaches them and presents the steps to take in order to regain confidence and self-esteem. As a result, candidates get essential ingredients in the search for a new job.
Marion offers a different perspective on this difficult time and knows how to ask the right questions. What if losing your job presented a new opportunity or a new challenge?
Rooted in the present but looking towards the future, the book she wrote (Rebondir, Bouncing back, Making successful career transitions) and method will walk you through your journey.

Of English mother tongue, born and bred in Africa, Marion Aufseesser lived in Asia and now lives in Switzerland. She has traveled widely. She is fluent is English, German and French and works in all these languages.
Raymonde Richter
Raymonde is a lawyer, a sworn mediator for Geneva civil courts and an accredited member of several Swiss organizations: FSM, FSA and CSMC.
For several years, she has worked in law firms in Geneva, Neuchâtel and Ipswich in the UK and then, as an in-house lawyer in a commercial bank active in trade finance based in Geneva. Since 2014, Raymonde has been working as a lawyer and mediator in her own law firm where she advises private individuals as well as companies in various areas of law. Too often, legal disputes are only the tip of the iceberg and in this respect, Raymonde is an expert in preventing and resolving conflicts and helps restoring a constructive dialogue and thus finding a long-term agreement which will be in the interest of all the parties involved.
Raymonde also leads the mediation service of Radio Télévision Suisse Romande (RTS) where she handles all complaints from listeners and viewers.
Since February 2017, she has been a deputy-mediator at the University of Lausanne where she handles all questions from the university community in line with the prevention and the resolution of internal conflicts.
In June 2017, Raymonde was appointed member of the Mediation Commission of the Swiss Bar Association.
Dana Walden
Au bénéfice d’un Master of Business Administration (MBA) et riche d’une première expérience professionnelle à l’étranger, Dana démarre sa carrière dans les ressources humaines en 1995 par une mission en Belgique au sein d’une multinationale. Au fil des 15 années, suivantes elle poursuit sa carrière en ressources humaines aux États-Unis, en France et en Suisse et évolue de Spécialiste RH en Expatriation à Responsable Ressources Humaines avec des responsabilités fonctionnelles et d’équipe au plan européen.
En 2010, Dana approfondit ses compétences dans le domaine de Learning & Development et commence une formation en coaching professionnel auprès de l’Institut de Coaching (IDC) à Genève. Quelques années plus tard, elle devient Professional Certified Coach (PCC), diplôme reconnu par l’International Coach Federation (ICF) et intègre le coaching dans sa façon de travailler.
En cours de route, Dana acquiert des outils performants pour aider les salariés à développer leur connaissance de soi ainsi que leurs compétences interpersonnelles et de leadership. Elle reçoit son accréditation pour les outils d’assessment Insights® Discovery et Leadership Architect® de Korn Ferry. Enfin Dana se forme en tant que Certified Analyst de l’outil 360°Reach™ afin de collaborer avec les professionnels – salariés, leaders, entrepreneurs – sur la découverte, le développement et le déploiement de leur marque personnelle authentique.
Depuis 2013, Dana anime des ateliers et des conférences sur le thème du développement professionnel. Elle propose également aux organisations des services personnalisés en coaching et formation afin d’optimiser le talent de l’entreprise tout au long du cycle de vie du salarié. Activement engagée dans son domaine, Dana est membre de l’ICF Suisse et, depuis 2016, professeur en leadership à la Haute École de Gestion (HEG) de Genève.
Linzy Schaller
Linzy Schaller travaille avec des acteurs globaux, des dirigeants à fort potentiel et des équipes. En tant que coach, consultante, animatrice et formatrice, elle aide les clients à reconnaître leurs forces, à identifier les opportunités et à gérer la diversité dans leur organisation. Basée à Genève, Linzy a une expérience directe des affaires dans plus de 25 pays. Son expérience dans le secteur des services financiers et du conseil, combinée à son expérience unique d’athlète et d’entraîneur professionnel, donne à Linzy une précieuse perspective sur le leadership, les équipes performantes et le succès.
Linzy a suivi le programme de coaching pour cadres à la Columbia Business School de New York. Elle est titulaire d’un Bachelor en psychologie et en communication de l’Université de San Francisco et a obtenu un master en commerce international de l’International University In Geneva. Elle parle couramment français et anglais.
Auparavant, Linzy a exercé comme négociante internationale pour une société mondiale d’approvisionnement et de logistique, ce qui lui a permis de se familiariser avec de nombreuses cultures et coutumes commerciales différentes à travers le monde. Linzy a également été joueuse professionnelle et entraîneur de volleyball pendant sept ans en Suisse et en France.
Birgit Sambeth Glasner
Licence en droit de l’Université de Genève (1984); LL.M. International Banking and Finance de l’Université de Boston (1988); Admise au barreau de Genève (1990); Associée au sein de l’Etude Altenburger et Responsable du Département résolution des différends; Médiatrice assermentée et certifiée auprès de différents organismes suisses et internationaux (FSA, CPR, IMI, CEDR, CSMC, CCI, CMAP et OMPI).
Birgit Sambeth Glasner a une excellente pratique en matière de droit des sociétés, droit commercial, droit des contrats, droit de la faillite, en particulier comme liquidatrice, ainsi que du contentieux et de l’arbitrage. Elle est une spécialiste reconnue en matière de médiation commerciale. Elle est la Vice-présidente de la Chambre Suisse de Médiation Commerciale (CSMC) à Genève, Membre du Conseil de l’Ordre des Avocats de Genève (Présidente de la Commission ADR) et Membre de l’Association Genevoise de Droit des Affaires (AGDA). Ancienne juge suppléante auprès des tribunaux de Genève, elle est chargée de cours de médiation auprès des Universités de Genève, Fribourg, Turin et Hambourg.
