Personal assessment

Personal evaluation based on the INSIGHTS MDI® tool that determines an individual’s behavior.

Skills assessment

After the appropriate skills for the position have been defined with the client, the candidate will undergo an evaluation process enabling us to define his/her skill level for each of the competencies required and the possible areas for improvement.  we rely on the Lominger competencies method for this evaluation.

Case studies

Case studies will be developed in collaboration with the client and will be based on the main qualifications and possibly the secondary qualifications required.

Professional role plays

Evaluation of the capacity to work under stress by asking the candidate to carry out a task in a limited time frame (evaluation of the individual’s listening skills, ability to convince and to manage conflicts).
